Constant Humidity + Temperature

This test is for verifying the durability and integrity of our electroplating.

Test for durability

Electroplating requires longevity, and this test ensures the quality quality by running the product through temperature + humidity tests.

Stress Test

We use industry standard testing equipment to test parts for tensile strength and pull stress.

Tensile strength of joints and magnets

We use standardized equipment to test the mechanical strengths of products.

Salt spray test: Acidity

Salt-mists are used to test the durability of our electroplating against acidity.

Corrosion testing method

We use a high-saline environment to measure the corrosion resistance of our coatings over extended periods.

Magnetic Strength

Testing for quality of our magnets, ensuring the high standards of the materials used for production.

Gauss gauge measuring

We'll determine your products are up to spec by running a test on the magnets used, to ensure they are of adequate strength and quality.

Electroplating Thickness

We test the results of our electroplating process to evaluate our efficiency so you are getting what you paid for.

X-ray testing

Our industry-standard equipment uses X-Rays to quickly find the thickness of our coatings.

Wear testing

We ensure the durability and strength of our coatings meet industry standards.

10,000 cycles

We use sandpaper on our product surfaces, ensuring it can endure 10,000 cycles of abrasive friction.

Crosscut test

For testing the strength of our coatings. We cut squares into the coating of our products and use tape to ensure they hold.

A rigorous test

We cut 100 1mm x 1mm squares into the surface. This pierces the coating. Using industry-standard adhesive tape, we attempt to pull sections out of the coating. Only when it passes the test do we consider the product ready.
